Wedding Catering
Pizza at a wedding just works. It is relaxed, it is a proper crowd pleaser, and it gets people talking. We roll our wood fired trailer up to your venue anywhere in Canterbury and cook fresh Neapolitan pizza for your guests, hot off the oven.
We take the food seriously. The dough is fermented for 24 hours and stretched by hand. San Marzano tomatoes, 00 flour from Italy, fresh mozzarella. Ninety seconds in the oven and it is done. It is a step up from the usual event pizza, and your guests will notice.
How it works
Most couples go for the buffet. We cook, slice and lay it out, and everyone helps themselves through the evening. It is easy, it is sociable, and no one is left waiting. If you would prefer a whole pizza each, we can do that too.
You choose a short menu, usually three pizzas, with a veggie option always on it. We can do dairy free on request. We are not able to do gluten free, as we work with flour all day in a single oven.
Pricing
Pricing is per head, and it depends on your guest numbers, venue and date. Send us the details and we will put a quote together. There is a minimum spend, which we will always tell you about upfront. One 12 inch pizza per person, with dips as an add-on if you like.
Booking
Weddings book up fast, especially over summer. Send us your date, venue and rough guest numbers and we will get a quote back to you. A deposit holds the date and comes off the final bill.
